Flat bits are ideal for use with mains or cordless drills. The bits are shaped for faster and cleaner cutting and are equally efficient when drilling with or against the grain. All sizes except the 6mm have a non-slip specially machined hexagonal shank with a locking mechanism which is compatible with adaptors or chucks with a built-in ‘quick release’ feature. A 300mm extension shank is available for use with flat bits of 16mm and above, when very deep boring is required.
The eight-piece set is presented in a fine wooden case. 10,13,16,20,22,25,32 & 38mm.
